the war in iraq should never have happened...it has only destroyed a beautifull country, and have caused painfull sad lives for everyoine in iraq....america has done nothing to help iraq, im am very disgusted in what america is doing

Totally against this war, thought it was a bad idea from the start, as Hussein had no connection with Islamic fundamentalists. He did give money and support to Palestianian fighters, but that is a different cause.
Hussein, brute that he was, held Iraq together and was a bulwark against Iran. Functioned much as Tito had in Yugoslavia. Now there is no strongman in charge and Iraq is in chaos.

The war against Iraq was fought and won when Saddam Hussein was overthrown. Didn't you know that?
What is going on now, isn't war. It is a struggle for power. And the sooner it is sorted, the quicker the Americans and the British could leave. The problems lie with the power-hungry Iraqis.

I have never been in favor of a war in Iraq. Ousting Hussein, yes. Getting into the middle of warring religions is never a good idea. The Brits should have known this with the warring factions in N. Ireland. The US is learning a bitter lesson about getting involved in religious disputes.
Why the US recognizes the futility in getting involved in Africa's civil and religious wars and not Iraq's, only leads me to one conclusion. Guess.

It's an illegal war, fought for the wrong reasons and I am totally against it. Bush and Blair, as well as Bin Laden, are war criminals. There was never an apparent link between 9/11 and Iraq and they know it.

I agree 100% with your reply from 'Caesar's...' The war in Iraq is over. Keeping two lots of religious nutters apart is a different matter.
