Yes, the atrocities that occured on September 11, 2001 were horrific. My problem is that sicne then 9/11 seems to be the focal and startign point of the war on terror or terrorism in general. We have basically been attacked on yearly basis by Al Qeda prior to 9/11. When all of our emphasis is on 9/11 are forgetting those killed in the World Trade Center bombing, bombings at Embassies, the U.S.S. Cole etc? I am not trying to minimize the loss of life on 9/11 but we kinda of only hear about prior attacks in regards ot poeple we captured. Are we forgetting those who have been killed in these prior attrocities?

Most Brits arent intelligent enough to know that wanting to leave Iraq makes the people of the UK look weak. But be thankful for Blair cause he isnt a weak leader. Leaving Iraq would make Iraq and the world a more dangerous place.

After 9/11, the war, and beheadings certain muslims are protesting a TV show. A TV SHOW! One of the people in this article states she is afraid to go to the store because she doesn't think people(Americans) can differentiate between fact and fiction. I don't know about others, but I certainly can differentiate between fact and fiction, and I find it insulting this person would state such a thing. Muslims did what they did, they have people that are still hating on "westerners", and yet they find it wrong for a Tv show to portray very possible future happenings?

Do you watch Muslims more closely because of 24, or because of past and current events?

This is just another gov't intrusion! People have spanked for decades and now someone wants a law against it? Parents already have it rough now trying to raise kids today with all the negative in their faces for them to learn from. I don't see anything that helps parents reinforce good values anymore. They don't teach good manners anymore, or expect them. I try so hard to take my kids down the correct path so they grow up responsible and respectful people, but the law has already made it so difficult to discipline kids as it is that taking away a swat oon the but will really take the power away from parents. What's next no grounding? Whose idea is this anyway? They probably don't even have kids. I got spanked and I lived to tell the story. We all did. And our parents didn't have to worry about JOE GOV'T interfering with their child rearing. This is liberal California for ya. I'm glad I don't live there.

i want to clarify. THIS IS NOT A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR STANCE ON OUR (AMERICAN) TROOPS IN IRAQ. IM ASKING DO YOU SUPPORT THE TROOPS IN GENERAL. i have heard some of my classmates say that they hate them because they support the war. ive heard some say that they are in iraq because they support the war and they obviously want to be fighting. i dont support the war in iraq at all. i think its totally unjust and a reflection of how retarded bush is and what a terrible leader he's proven to be. i do not support the war. but i do support the troops because the reality of it is regardless of whether or not they support bush (you'd be surprised- or not- by how many are sent there and dont support the war) we owe them the utmost respect because they are dying everyday in reprsentation of the american people. i am disgusted by the situation but even more so by the ignorant hatred of our troops. they are being slaughtered by their own leader's hands because they simply do what they must.

I am sickened by the way his family is carting him around like he is a piece of chattel. YOu can see that he is so confused and his emotions are ridden with guilt and need. You remember the other kid that was found after 7 years who eventually killed himself. THis kid has possibly been torture molested or just in a love triangle that he was abused mentally, socially, intellectually, physically, and what else we just don't know. He has a different reality than any kid his age. He probably has a distorted view of sex and love.
Please rescue this kid from these prents -- especilly tht step fther with his green suit nd crying eyes. Yes they sufffered but this kids will suffer more in their hands

Why do some people persist in believing ridiculous conspiracy theories about the September 11th terrorist attacks?

Despite the mountain of evidence that 19 al-Qaeda terrorists committed the 9/11 attacks (including the videotaped statements the terrorists made before the attacks saying what they planned to do) why do some folks cling to unbelievable theories about the US government carrying out the attacks?
