my friend told me she has just bought a new house in Jan 07 and the mortgage rate she got is 5.625 30 yr fixed for 410k loan, the price of the house is 530k. was that a good rate?? i thought it's quite high cos i thought i came across something like 4% unless i was mistaken for something else. just out of my curiousity, is that a good rate? or if you had also bought a house recently, i'll be curious to know what rate are you guys get for 30 yr fixed.

Do you know why they could have invaded so suddenly? The hot wheather? There are about 20 or so and I've only killed 2. It seems like everyday they multiply! Also does anybody have a quick fix to get rid of them?

ok we have tryed EVERYTHING to get rid of misquitoes they are horable the first time i have ever hated one (or more lioke 5 billion) of god's creatures we have tryed everything and though there not as ba as they used to b but just going to the mail box and back requires a lot of off spray anyone have advice?

I have them indoors in a small pot. Just started a week ago, they sprouted but since then they look pretty weak. I watered them about 2-3 times last week. Is that enough, or do they require more.

It was very long/big, yellow and black striped back, not fuzzy, and was in the woods burrowed about an inch in the ground.I live in North East Maryland. I have been clearing some woods behind my house, not the big trees, but my dog was digging and found it. Luckily she didn't get stung.
