But the birds are driving me nuts. They just started today, and all they are doing is chirping. Do I just leave them there until they are old enough to go out on there own. Because, If I were to move them, how would the mother bird know where they are. And if I touch them, isn't true the mother won't touch them then?
I don't have the money to call someone to have them removed, and if I did who would I call. I don't even know what kind they are. Some one please gie me some advice on this . Thank you all for answering it, if you do.

The security deposit check is already in the mail, and my roommate and I were just about to send in our signed copy of the lease, when she announced she'd found alternate tenants. I know this is probably legal, but still I'm sooo disappointed. And now how do I make sure she doesn't cash my check for the security deposit??

My husband and I bought our home about a year ago. It's on the edge of Williamsburg...far enough out to be nice and quite and close enough to do the things we need to do in town. It's in a great neighborhood and the surrounding area is nice, a grocery store, post office...
However, now they are buliding an apartment complex about a mile from my home. It's on a main road (we are OFF of that road, back in a subdivision). Does anyone know if this will affect our property value?

My husband and I would like to purchase a home for the second time. Our first home went into foreclosure and is now on my husbands credit. Is there somewhere we can go to get a loan without having to pay a big down payment? What we are looking into is a double wide mobile home to place on two acres of land.

I was wondering what and how it works. It seems where the water level would be, would determine from a nice day to a stormy day.

I'm not sure if these gnat-like things are fruit flies or drain flies, but they are driving me nuts. I've cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned more. I've even put ammonia, ice, and baking soda down the drain. What else should I do?

I am a sewing enthusiast. I have fabrics in all sorts: silks, wools, cottons, leather, jersey, etc. I now have it in boxes. When I need to find any particular one, I go through dozens of boxes and it is driving me crazy. It is especially exhausting when some boxes are in my apartment and some are in the garage. As space is at a premium, I don't have the luxury of sorting and placing one major type of fabrics in one box. Thanks.

I already have the signs and flyers around the neighborhood and the ads have been placed in the paper and on the web. I need to know about what tends to sell, the best way of placing things on the lawn and driveway, and ideas about pricing and negotiating. I’ll have some good furniture, some clothes, some kitchen stuff, and a saddle and tack. I will be choosing a best answer, so thanks for your time!!
