absolutely nothing, get in touch with your local environmental health office, keep a diary of day to day events, note the, time duration & anything as evidence, even better use a video camera, this is admissable as evidence & make sure u get a good mugshot of the perpetrator, the day to day diary is very important, write down as much as u can, even if foul language is used by the purpetrator, put it all down word for word, what discomfort & upset it is causing you & your family etc, then take the Ba####ds to court if the Enviromental people wont, I did & have now got some peace

I already have 1 nabiour from hell, i would just annoy them, like let the dog bark all day or leave music on at night, and get uplights in the back garden.

My parents had neighbours from hell, they were noisey day & night. My parents collected evidance & witnesses & took them to court for noise pollution. They moved out.
