Our neighbors tree has split and fallen over electric lines into our property. The electric company says it isn't urgent and won't come out. The local fire department says they can't help either. I have 60 feet of tree laying across my yard! The limb is still conected to her property, what can I do? She isn't home!

Just set up a large pool (4'x15' approx) and not sure about the upkeep on it. Turned green and slimey and now I don't know how to fix it. First year setting up a large pool.

I just moved into an apartment and noticed that the refrigerator isn't very cold. I put the setting on 9 and my milk still spoils quickly and beverages are just not cold enough. I also noticed that there is water in the crisper and all over everything in the fridge, even after I clean it up, it still appears. The other thing is that the freezer freeze's items, but the ice cube compartment won't freeze ice, the tray's remain with water in them and will only freeze if I take them out and set them on the freezer floor. My landlord came in and felt the water bottles and said they seem cold enough, but the setting is on 9 and the items are barely cold. 9 should be putting ice particles in my milk and juice, not just making them slightly cold. I feel like something is definitely wrong with the fridge. Should I be concerned and should I stress this to my landlord? I can't keep buying milk every few days!

The mechanism is probably about 20 years old and is a metal box with a maroon stop button above a key reset. We have lost the key to ours and need to replace it, but cannot find this manufacturer. Bit of a pain if someone accidentally presses the button and we can't reset our boilers.

We just acquired a 6.5 HP Briggs & Stratton lawnmower from our neighbor - it starts but then dies quick - it works if you continually press the prime bulb...we think they might have added the wrong type of fuel, so what should we do?

The state paid for the first month and security deposit of the the house but I still couldn't give up my other place because the repairs were not done. I paid the rent and I tried to do the repairs the best I could plus I tried to hire license plumber and electrians but I didn't own the house they wouldn't come out. The owner didn't want to fix it. The owner was going to let me buy the house. It was going to be my first house. I was being harassed by lot of people and I had them on tape and I had proof of the things to back me up but there was a fire after I wrote to the President and I lost everything expect a few important tapes. Please give me some answers no one has been answering anything for me. The owner of the house worked for the city and his friends were the inspectors and law enforcers so who can I trust? and Where can I go for the help to get the answers? Plus I had proof of the miss treatment of my son when the police and other lied so my son was taken away and put in abus

Ever since a guy came out to fix my hot water heater, I have grimy black stuff coming out of the tub faucet, but it seems only with the hot water. What could this possibly be? The guy was here months ago, and it has not gone away, should I let the water run til it is gone? It has diminished a bit, it seems almost like something is burned., like maybe plastic.
