I hope I describe this properly. Out in my back patio, there's an outdoor faucet/hose connection and a cleanout plug coming out of the stucco right next to it. I want to add an outdoor sink/tub for dirty cleanups without having to reenter the house. I can tap into the garden faucet and run cold water fairly easily. My question is whether I can open the cleanout plug and run the drain pipe into a T attached to it? If so, do I need to run a vent pipe up above the roofline? Also, where do I connect this vertical vent pipe (between the trap and the cleanout T plug)?

I'm talking of about two feet out from the wall. It gets too DAMP inside; and I don't know if I should put tiles, gravel, cement, moss, conifers, chips, succulent plants....
What do you suggest to keep that soil dry as possible? (It hardly rains here, but being a desert on a beach, much moisture comes up at night, and there is much moisture as one digs deeper into the ground, as well.)

I'm about to move into my dorm and bought a dry-erase board to keep myself on top of schedule. Is there anything sturdy and sticky enough to hang on my wall? I don't want to use nails and a hammer.

I am replacing the current carpet in the bed rooms. The new carpet thtat I am getting is stainmaster@ Kamaro, pulsh carpet, 46 oz face weight, 4.5 twist, solid color. The cost is $16.2 per sq ft and $1.8 per sq yard. This is Home Depot's special price. Is this a good price?

For padding, Home Depot has two types of foam padding, one is $5.16 per sq ft, thickness is 1/2". The other one is $3.96 sq ft, the thickness is 7/16. What is your advice on which kind of padding to buy?

I just need the petals, not the plants, and I need a lot. When I lived in West Palm Beach, there were many places that sold roses for $1 each, but since moving to Texas I can't find anything like that. Any suggestions?

I've been offered (free) a set of hardwood french doors, with double glazed units in them. The glazing units have the 'kite' mark on and the gap between the two panes only looks about 1cm at most. They're georgian style with 18 panes of 30 x 30 cm each door. would these be up to modern day building regs?
cm at most.
