Yard and Estate Sales!! I have picked up incredible finds just cruising within a 4 block radius!! Tools, tool-chests, hardware, wood, stone, bricks, furniture, projects.

Garage sales; yard sales; there are always people getting rid of thosse sort of things that to them are either just junk or no longer needed.
