Maybe you can just buy the plans and materials and build it yourself, like i do.

Many places sell benches as kits. You can cut the wood to length to suit your purposes.

try harbor tool and fright I got an Adirondack chair for 30 bucks and it was actually really nice. they have all sorts of wood furniture kits.
