Okay..we have a pretty small kitchen and the stove is getting old. It is in an island that sticks out in the middle of the kitchen and we need to replace it. I would really like to find one of those double ovens that sit up on their own that doesn't have the buttons and stuff on the back, but on the front so the island and the stove are flush rather than having the control panel sticking up over the stove so can anyone tell me where I can find one of these (within a decent price range). And no, I cannot rearrange the kitchen because it's really tiny and every inch is used for its purpose.
Thanks in advance.

Does heat have a negative effect on marble? If you were to put a hot dish on a marble piece, would it leave a mark?

I have a double bed quilt that I use as my bed spread. It was made by my grandmother before she died. I am curious as to what would be the best and safest way to clean it. I am concerned because it has a significant amount of cross-stitching on it and I don't want any of the stitches to come undone. I figure it is pretty sturdy because she used it on one of the beds in her house from when she made it in 1985 until 2005 and it is still in pretty good shape. Any thoughts?

I bought a suit from this store the other day and it was too big. I was going to keep it but then I decided to exchange it for another size. The problem is I already wore it (kept the tags on It.) and I work in an environment with a lot of smoke. The jacket now smells like smoke and I need to return it. I can't wash it because then I won't be able to return it.

I am clearing brush, including cactus in my back acre and the spines go right through the leather. The gloves are new, and my old ones did better, but wore out. Is there a method to help prevent this?

I see significant moss growth on my flower beds and on my paved patio and driveway. This seems to have picked up in the fall and winter months. How does one control this? Is this a result of the wet weather we have been having in Oregon? Will the moss go away by itself once the weather warms up or does it need to be killed off? If its the latter then how does one kill moss and prevent it reappearance in the future?

I turned on the bathroom light and power went out(just the bathroom area and half the outlet in my master bed room not the whole house). The individual circuit isn't tripped. I switch it off and turn it back on and still no luck. Sometimes the power comes back but went out again. What's the possible cause for this issue? Should I replace the entire fuse box or just the individual circuit? Thx alot for your time.

live in an upstair condo(A201), and this incident involves ceiling & wall repair in downstair unit(A101).

The first incident happend less than 3 months ago, which was 4 months after I bought this condo. At that time, the plumber who was called in by an insurance company, reported this as an improper installation. The previous owner installed toilet AFTER she installed bathroom tiles and ON the tiles, so eventually the insurance company refused my claim. I had another plumber fix it, but he didn't remove the tiles, saying if he leveled the flange on the same height of the tiles, he didn't need to remove the tiles. So, he installed flange and wax gasket without removing the tiles. Needless to say, I also had to pay for the damage for A101.

I'm planning in putting in a 10'x12' wood storage shed. I plan on having it bricked in at a later time to save money. What should the foundation be for the shed initially and how much should each part cost (storage shed, bicked in (with labor), concrete slab (if needed)). The other option is to have a 10'x12' building built instead. How much would that cost and which is easier to build and less costly.

Thank You for your help
