best way is to move it side to side back a car in to it or get a bunch of people together and push it over. you will have a hole to fill when you are done.

You may have to rent a front-end loader. Attach a chain to the bucket and wrap it several times around the goal's post. Use the hydraulics to lift the post out of the ground. It is very likely to be set in concrete, but that should come up with the post.

You would have to break up the concrete because its probably cemented in.Use a heavy sludge hammer that would the the trick about 16 lb.

most of these poles are made from 3/8 steel pipe
so use a 4in grinder, cut thru the steel ,
if its in-cased in concrete, use a sledge hammer ,and beat the pipe inwards, fill with concrete,
slam dunk lol

dig around the cement about 1 ft use a sledge to knock the cement loose, then pull the pipe out,

if you don't want to salvage the set up, use a reciprocating saw with a metal cutting blade and cut it as flush to the ground as you can. use a metal file or hand held grinder to smooth any protruding metal. fill it with some cement and smooth it out almost flush.
