We live in a 20 year old home taht we heve been in for 3 years. It has a pre-fab fireplace. We have noticed cracks in the back firewall. Is it safe to use the fireplace with these cracks?

Longs it has been inspected recently, you can have it inspected it or they make a high temperature silicone caulk for aplications like that.Just fill it in,but if it hasnt been inspected in awhile i would recommend that.
