I am 76 years old and my husband is 77. He is diabetic and does dialysis 3 times weekly. our bath rooms are small and the doors are narrow, so that makes it hard for him to get his power chair in the bath rooms. So we need bath rooms made over. thank you so very much.

Does anyone know approximately how much it would cost to have a dead tree (maybe about 20 ft tall) cut down and removed? I'm having handyman-type old guy do it for me and don't really know what to pay him?

I recently bought the Ryobi BS902 9" Band Saw as a starter saw for me. I noticed when I first started using it that as I pushed the piece of wood through, the blade itself began to curve off of the straight line I had drawn. I know that it was not me making it curve, because I had the wood sliding along the fence, so I am wondering if this has happened to other people and what I can do so that this wont happen again. Thanks.

This one has been on since the 2000 election! It's hard and tough as leather. Any suggestions? Goo-Gone isn't enough.

It is so cold out and I am curious to know if it costs more to run my (not gas) wall heater or to purchase a portable heater. I really want to purchase one of the electric fireplaces that home depot sells, just wondering if it would help save my power bill.
Thank you

A flourist wants to pay delivery people to deliver flowers during the holidays. What's a good price to charge? Consider it's the holidays and gas prices are high. Do I charge per run? Per flower piece? What's the scoop?

Made the mistake of linking together 3 exten cords (on outdoor GRCI) to use a wd whacker. Worked for 2 outings, - on the 3rd time, - no juice. Maybe a flash of power, and then nothing. Did troubleshooting: not an indiv cord problem, not a flipped breaker, not the whacker, not a GFCI button to reset. However one outside outlet appears ?? to be on a different circuit and it would give a flash of power and then nothing.

Another GFCI outlet (on the porch) which I had tried once with the 3 cords delivers NO juice. Appears that no other outlets (in a line) are affected. Is it at the end? Did I blow it out?

1) I was sold a 20amp breaker to replace the 15 in the box for the outside circuit ... Will this help? A breaker never has flipped....
2)If porch outlet has no juice, how do I know which breaker covers it?
3) how many GFCI outlets can be in one circuit line?
Help!! Thanxxx

I live with my boyfriend and our roommate is another guy. They both are 22 years old. Well my boyfriend and I have a cat that is fixed, and our roommate has one that sprays. I just bought Bissell Proheat 2X cleaner, and I want to make sure I get as many stains out as I can. Now between two working men, the cold, damp/wet weather that we have out in Wisconsin, and two cats, how will I be able to get the stains out. And keep my carpet looking and smelling clean. I already know how to use the carpet cleaner and I know to clean the carpet about once a week if not more. But I need some good tips on how to get the set in stains out. From snow, to cat urine, to beer, to mud, and heavy traffic areas. Please help me. I can use all the help I can recieve. Thank you.

I recently purchased a house where the kitchen was remodeled a couple of years ago and the previous owners installed built-in double ovens. The ovens looked a little narrow from the beginning, and after we moved in I discovered that my standard baking sheets fit, but my larger pans don’t. My stove at my old apt was on the small side, but my 15” wide bar pan still managed to squeeze in; no such luck with the “baby” ovens.

I can’t think of anyone I know that has built-in ovens so…Is this normal or did the previous owners cheap out?

I’m not complaining; I’m just curious.

...that gets 3 to 4 feet tall, is green, and can't be killed easily by me? I'm bad about watering - usually not enough, sometimes too much, and I've killed everything in this one particular spot that is near a glass door and gets plenty of light.

I live in Ca, by the way, and it's usually temperate outside and no lower than 55 degrees inside.

Thanks.

Can't be messy

Should require no water

Not concrete (of course this isn't natural anyway)

I can't afford any more flagstone (I have Idaho quartzite patio in my back yard).
