It is just a light with a black, white, and green wire that has a little sensor built-in. Just like for any other light connect the light's wires to the matching color wires in the box (with the power off). Then just point the sensor where you want to detect the motion.

Those sparkies are a tricky bunch but im sure they just match up the colours of the wires

The same as a regular light. I just put one in. It even came with directions. Black to black-White to white.
