I just got a really fabulous deal on Oil Rubbed Bronze locks for my security door and regular door since mine were getting very hard to unlock and turn the knobs. I would like to have these 3 new locks keyed to my existing lock so I will only need one key as before.

Can this be done? How much should I expect to pay at lowe's or home Depot?
Thanks for your help!!!

I managed to make a huge hole in my wall, how much will it cost to fix it myself and how much will it cost to have someone else do it? I don't need exact numbers, just is it going to be about $50 or closer to a couple hundred?

I live in southern california and I have never seen anything like this insect. They are generally black and sometimes have red coloring on the top or underbelly. They have wings but I have never seen them fly. The largest I've seen them is about 1 centimeter. If you step on them it seems that lots of blood comes out. The most peculiar thing about them is that they connect to themselves from the back and walk around as if they united to become one. In sum it is a pretty ugly insect but I am extremely curious as to what kind of insect it is.

I have a mini rose bush in a pot. They are pink. I use miracle grow once a week. They are blooming nicely and regularly. The bloom gets full size, then after a couple of days, the color fades. I live in South Texas, and they get partial sun, but direct sun and heat. What is going on, how do I fix it.

Thanks!!!

I am researching honey crisp apple trees, and I am considering planting one in my back yard in the spring.

I understand that similar apple trees do not pollinate each other, and I must look for an early blooming apple or crab apple tree for pollination. At least I think that's correct.

My neighbor across the street has 2 apple trees in her back yard, I think one is crab apple and I'm not certain of the other type.

Is this too far away or would the crab apple tree in my neighbor's yard work for pollinating a tree in my back yard? I'm guessing the distance between the two trees would be something like 30 yards or so.
