As a newbie to this site, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, and assuming that you're either too young or naive to be on such websites. You're not going to last very long on this website, if you don't ask complete, intelligent questions.
I suggest that you look around this site for other questions, and see what makes a good and bad one. Yours is a "bad" question, because you don't give any details, and force everyone guess as to what information you need (unless, of course, you're just a "troll" who gets his/her jollies from annoying intelligent people!).
As you can see by the above reactions, most people aren't predisposed to answer vague questions (and this doesn't include the numerous people who read your "question" and ignored it completely!).
In case you're the "naive" type, here's why we're having problems with your question:
Are you saying you already have the patina or that you want it?
Are you saying that you painted a tree leaf gold, or that you have a sheet of gold leaf?
Are you looking for a patina-colored paint?
Do you have a friend named "Patina" who is sitting on your gold leaf, and want to find a polite way to get her off it? ;)
Get the idea? Now's a very good time to "shape up" or get shipped out! It's up to you!

YOUR QUESTION LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED IN THE WAY OF INFORMATION. HOWEVER, IF IT'S AN ANTIQUE LEAVE IT ALONE IF NOT AND YOU WANT TO POLISH IT, MOST JEWELERS HAVE POLISH OR WILL DO IT FOR YOU FOR A FEE.
