Actually they are EVERYWHERE !! I am from Puerto Rico, a tropical island, so I guess it's normal, but...
I saw that some said cinnamon worked for them... But I would like to know if they sprinkled the powdered/grounded spice? Used the whole stick? or even used it as a "chalk" in the floor and wall corners... HELP !!

I'm living in France and my Garden is rather close to the Kitchen, the garden is riden with ants and they keep setting up camp in my kitchen. I have children who do leave crumbs around but not many. What is the best way to kill/assasinate the little buggers?

Hello Planet:

My backyard is truly uneven I would like to maybe build a gazabo or put a patio in my backyard but my problem is
the dirt is uneven I don't want to pay $800 for someone to
someone to make the whole backyard even. Since, I only
want a gazabo can I just have someone dump dirt in that
area or can I build a deck under the gazaboo in that area an put bushes around it?

There is a cultivar (a specific reproducable combination of traits produced through selective breeding ) of a flower of the geneus Osteospermum called "pink whirls". This may be a patented flower, but I am just looking to grow it for private use (or if seeds are not for sale, I would be willing to purchase the live plant, NOT just a cut flower). Does anyone know how I could get this?

I came back to the pump not working, two of the toilets backing up, an a/c flicking water in all directions, the washing machine and the hoover not working and half the light bulbs out.
And all my kids are married, so they didn't have a mahem and looting party while I was gone!

Obviously this means that currently we cannot turn off our water if we have a leak or need to do some plumbing. We have just bought the house and the lack of stopcock was not mentioned by our solicitors or anyone else. We don't know if they were legally obliged to tell us. Nobody is actually living next door, and that property is owned by a housing association. We guess in order to get a stopcock fitted in our house we will have to get next door's plumbing turned off whilst the work is done. Any advice would be welcomed, as we know nothing about plumbing!

i have a very basic push mower, 4hp Briggs and Stratton. Probably 8 years old. I tried new plug and new idle/governor springs. once started, the engine speed just surges up and down over and over. ran great for years before this. happened out of nowhere. it wont really cut grass either, the load on the engine just kills it. thank you
