Actually they are EVERYWHERE !! I am from Puerto Rico, a tropical island, so I guess it's normal, but...
I saw that some said cinnamon worked for them... But I would like to know if they sprinkled the powdered/grounded spice? Used the whole stick? or even used it as a "chalk" in the floor and wall corners... HELP !!

Just buy ant traps. You are beyond fooling around with kitchen spices. Go outside and see if you can figure out where they are getting in, block it and spray it. Open the windows, spray all around the edges of every room in the house and then vacate for a day.

yes, cinamon will repell. With such an infestation, I would pick up some ant traps and put them around the house to get the population down.
