We must dedo a flat roof at church, about 3,000 sq ft. What is the best technology these days. Now it has conventional hot tar and stone. It has one center drain, and is surounded by a 2 foot brick wall with emergency scuppers in it. We have patched it all we can, we need an entire new one.

I am concerned about health issues..The house was built in '77 but the pipes have been there since '58. I'm sure there's cracks in the pipes, do we have toxic waste in our soil underneath our home?? I'm also worried about when they close off the line.

I have tried for days now, I have tapped, I have put the top end on and tried to put the bottom end on, I have tried to open it up and make it larger without success, is it possible that the size they gave me is too small? I have never used a C-CLIP before so I don't know if there is a trick, but in any case, it really seems like it won't fit.

I know that I'd use exterior. It's just a basic wooden shed. But would you recommend a stain instead? Thanks!

A co-worker told me about a grass that when stepped on emits a lavendar like aroma. She said you see that grass in pictures where people are laying in it....But; she could not think of the name. Does anyone know what she was talking about?

Bought recently an old 1860's 3 story townhome in Philadelphia and we're gutting it. We ripped up the carpeting, then the subflooring, than a layer of hardwood (1930's) that was incomplete and then another layer of subflooring to find the very original wide 6" planks...whohoo!

One or two spots smell funky, like soaked through cat urine or some kind of mold....any suggestions on how to get rid of the smell other than just letting the planks air out.

We still have to sand down all the floors and stain them.
Thanks
