Hi, does anyone know any sites that show different modern ways to dress a square bay window, other than boring curtains. Thankyou

There are numerous options:

Shutters can look fantastic - I've dressed my bay window with them, and I'm delighted with the effect. It means that I've been able to add a window seat, as I have no fabric impinging on the space.

Roman blinds or roller blinds can also look pretty good - you get the softness of the fabric, which can warm the room, but again, it's a more modern, cleaner look.

Alternatively, Venetian blinds offer something between the two looks.

Or if you're feeling more adventurous you could go for digitally printed roller blinds.

Hope this gives you some ideas.

Check out www.curtain-tracks.net. They give good sound advice on tracks for bay windows. As they say... Don't use poles!! they don't work. All the info is on the site.

The sky's the limit really but if you are unsure about what you want, ask a decorator's advice and have something made. I'm not sure what you consider boring, but there are lots of drapery styles out there.
