im trying to find out if anyone know where i stand on this. At the back of my garden was a hugly over grown piece of wast land. i recently cut back all the weeds and bushes and un-covered 6 apple trees that were on the point of dying. neighbours have commented that it once was an orchard, and if we took it further back would un cover more. My problem is that the land owner came round and dis approves of me using the land - even though he has tried for planning permission for 25 years. i feel that i have improved the space and have no perm structure on there. i know thaa this land has also just been deemed conservation land and the wildlife is flourishing...but this guy would rather fence the entire area of!!! where do i stand...all help kindly recieved.

I have now learned, to the detriment of my lovely tulips, that they apparently have a love of tulip bulbs. And to think I was so excited to have a fenced in area to plant them in - deer free! Anyway, I have a ton more bulbs I plan on planting back there but I'm worried they are going to eat the others. Which other bulbs are they a problem with? I suppose I will probably use the bulb dip on those ones. Thanks!

A friend is considering a smallish to medium size tractor to work a modest 20-60 acre area. He wants to rotate crops soybean, hay, corn and such, in the southeast coastal area where the land is soft, water table high, and the growing season is long. Any suggestions ... models, gear, and attachments? Which company is going to make the most dependable tractor ... the most features ... the lowest cost of repairs and maintainence?

I have a hydrangea that I just bought and planted yesterday. Its in a 10 gallon pot and I'm keeping it on my patio. The flowers are kinda mauve in color. I want to make them blue in the future. How much coffee grounds should I add and how often do hydrangeas bloom. I'm in zone 9 by the way.

Thanks

I want to plant some grass seeds on my lawn, however, I am unsure of how safe or dangerous it is to my dog. If it is indeed unsafe, how long will it take once I plant that it will become safe for the dog? Keep in mind, I have a german shepherd that WILL eat anything in the yard!

They were in a box that got put in our outdoor storage shed by mistake. Now they have little lumps, and no matter how much I shake (stir) them, the nozzle keeps clogging. Is there ANYthing I can do to make the paint ok again? They are Krylon Satin Touch Designer Finish or Krylon Home Decor Latex; 12 oz (dries in 12 minutes or less) for inside and out, for use on wood, metal, plastic, wicker, etc. in 4 or 5 different colors) and I think the Arizona heat has ruined them! I really don't want to have to pitch them. What can I do? Pleeeeese help.
