I am sikck of buying self-assembly furniture which just just falls apart the second you hang more than three hangers inside it. I am looking for wardrobes that were built in the 1920s - 1960s or something, reasonably priced. You know the type, dark solid wood. Charity shops would be good too. I am based in London so the store would have to be in London or not too far from London. Cheers!

Last century the term 'plumber' was a highly skilled trade, with the artisans doing such things as lead roofs etc.
Has the role been dumbed down whilst keeping the name the same ?
