East Tennessee:
Depending on the area of town, neighborhood, and amount of land attached, the prices range from $125,000.00 to $200,000.00. This would be for a basic home on an average lot.

I live in Monticello, Georgia and I just paid $37,900 for a 1210 sq.ft. home. It is 23 years ols and has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room on 1 acre of land. Most of the other houses in my area sell from between $55,000 to $450,000 just down the street. It depends on if its an historic home, They cost a lot more.

In the Washington D.C. area a 1500sqft single-family home will run from $425,000 to nearly $800,000 - depending on how close in you want. For a townhouse, they dip down into the $300s.

without understanding the place precisely you would be residing, it is confusing to reply to. Telluride fees are corresponding to Aspen (and Beverly Hills Ca), Durango in all fairness high priced, and a number of different southwest cities are very low value.

Around here, it's not really the square footage. It's the location (near the beach, near a lake, on any water?), does it have a pool? Does it have a new roof (hurricanes), and does it have a garage?
