Here's the thing...The toilet got clogged. I took the clogger thing and started clogging, then I heard the bathtub behind me make weird noises. I looked and saw disgusting stuff coming out. I got worried and kept clogging and taking stuff out like hair out of the tub. Al at once there started coming water out of the bathtub drain and up the toilet. I thought it was gonna flood the house, I began to cry and called my dad. I don't know if I should have clogged in the first place. He asked why I cried and I said I was just scared. I feel it might be my fauld. He's coming home right now. I walked into the laundry room and saw the whole floor is covered in water. Should I tell him I used the clogging thing or keep quiet? I feel very bad and sad. Please help me!!!

I have 3 (for now - more to come) closets that I want to replace the bi-fold doors with sliding doors. I have already removed the doors and painted the facing/trim. The width is 72 inches - would 2 X 36" doors work or do I need more overlap?? What hardware do I need? I'd like white raised panel or louvered doors. Where would be the best place to buy? The doors do not need to be solid wood but sturdy enough to hold up in a child's bedroom. I'm assuming a pre-hung solution wouldn't work well since all the facing/trim is already there? BTW - I am very ignorant about this right now!!!

It smells really bad for the first few minutes after I put it on. I cleaned the filter and the cover. It seems that the smell is coming out of the metal parts inside. It smells even if it's not on. Any ideas on how to clean it or at least what is causing it?

I am looking for a homebuilder who will assist me in building a new home. I thought that maybe it would be less expensive that way. But I don't know if any homebuilders are willing to do that, because they may not be able to guarantee the quality of the work. Does anyone know any REPUTABLE homebuilders who will assist me in building a home?

I signed the contract with the realtor, my husband did not sign anything because he was not there. Both my name and my husbands name is on the morgage. We both own the house. We decided not to sell. The realtor told my husband that I have a contract with them, but my husband does not. They put the sign up the very next day without my husband's signiture. The realtor did not have all of the paper work. When I told the realtor that we are not selling, he told me that I have a contract, and if I withdraw they wont charge me, but if I cancel they would charge me. What he said does not make sense because my husband didnt sign ANYTHING! The realtor did not leave the contract to for my husband to look over and sign, he took most of the paper work with him. Since then my husband took down the sign. And he is trying to get a hold of the broker.

I made some wonderful potatoes the other night, but scorched my dish.
It's soaked a couple days, and I still can't get it off.
Tried powder also, but to no avail.
Any other ideas?
Thanks!

I had new fencing put in. It's the new 1 1/2 inch electric mesh tape. Our fence posts in the front and the sides are 8 feet apart and the back ones are about 12 feet apart. We are putting the regular insulator clips on every post. But we also have tensioners or tighteners whatever they are called and we didn't put any of those on yet. How many posts apart should these be put on to keep the tape tight and in place? The mesh tape is powered solar not actually plugged in to an outlet, so it is environment-friendly and doesn't put a hole in our pocket. SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY! please only answer if you actually know what I am talking about!

The handle of the tap broke off yesterday and was replaced today, but now when I turn the tap there's not as much water pressure and the boiler does not kick in to supply the hot water (the cold tap is working fine as before). All other hot taps in my flat are still working and so is the boiler. Is there anything in the way a tap is screwed together/adjusted that would affect whether the boiler starts up to supply it with hot water?
