I like the beachy color scheme (blues, blue-greens, greens, white, tan), although my wedding will be in the country in the summertime at sunset. Would different hues of blue, green, and white be okay for a country wedding? I can sort of picture it in my mind and it looks pretty, but I wish I could throw something together to know what it would really look like before the big day next July.

I have also had the suggestion of using sunset colors (pinks, oranges, blues, yellows)? I know that would be pretty too.

Any suggestions for how to see my colors together and pick the ones that are right for the wedding?

Water has spilt on my carpet. It is not a great amount but way more then a glass. (My house isn't flooding or anything) Anyways, I am worried if I don't get it up properly that mold can grow in my carpet, and I would be unable to detect it. Is that something that can really happen or am I parinoid? If it can happen how can I properly dry my carpet, so I can eliminate that threat? Thanks in advance.

The leaks were filled with foam 2 weeks ago but the smells still continue. I am worried about the kids inhaling these unhealthy fumes. Any answers on this one would be appreciated. Thanks.

I live in North Texas zone 7 or 8. Fort Worth area. I am a seasoned gardner and have lots of luck outside but this year I want to save some of my herbs and grow them in the kitchen. Winter tomatoes and peppers would be nice too. We dont really have a winter but a few hard freezes that kill everything. My kitchen area has 3 windows where I want to put a large plant shelf and the exposures are West, North, and South. Will basil, oregano, chives and some veggies thrive there without full sun? What do you know are the best because of your experience? No links, please, just what worked for you....Thanks!

Thanks to someone for identifying spurge. The weed now in question grows in the same areas, about a foot tall, slightly reddish stems, one inch leaves about i/3 if an inch wide tapering to a ronded point and gently serrated along the edges. The central rib of some of the bigger leaves get a little red in the proximal end.

I operate an indoor karting facility. The track surface we were given was sealed and we are having difficulties in keeping the carts from sliding. We have sparingly sprayed portions of the area with additional sealer and that works great but in a couple days the tires are buffing the sealer back to a shiny, slick surface. Is there a matte finish sealer that would work? Any recommendations as to a sealer that could not be "polished" or "buffed" to a shine?

Theres recently been a lot of construction near my neighborhood. (A few hundred homes are being built) The pigme rattlesnakes natural habitat is almost completely destroyed and they seem to all be moving to my neighborhood. 3 of my neighbors reported finding them in their garage in the past 2 day. I have very small dogs and one bite would kill them in seconds. Any suggestion?

I've seen where people say to use an ironing cloth, a tea cloth, and inside out. Where do you buy an 'ironing cloth'? And what is it? Also, what is tea cloth?
Thanks for any and all answers.

We recently purchased our home, and really want to keep the original Kitchen cabinet door pulls/handles. They are coated with several coats of paint, and we want to strip the paint, but are afraid of damaging the plastic material they are made from. What can we use to strip the paint, that will not damage the plastic ??? They are very old, probably 50-60 yrs old....Thanks !!!

Hi,
I am building my new garage. It has a gable roof with a valley attaching to the existing roof. My question is when I frame the valley, and add the support for the rafters onto the main roof. Can I just place the support wood onto the roof without removing the shingles? Or should I remove them?

Thanks for your time.
