Clean the cabinets out really good using Lysol or another disinfectant,
then...
purchase a spray made specifically to keep spiders away.
I used to get them in the corners of my screened patio but used this spray and havn't had a problem since.
Also if you grow some Basil around your kitchen, this will also repel them. They hate this herb.

Cobwebs are hanging dust so periodically clean the cabinets.
