Its a house air conditioner there is a little condensation on the outside but not much. Is it froze up or did it go out?

If your evaporator froze you would have little air flow, I'd have to know what you mean by it just stopped.
If the compressor stopped it means your system is too low on freon, call a service tech.

if the motor's running, and nothing's coming out, look inside where the intake is on the front, behind the filter, if it's frozen up, let it thaw out. Start it up again, make sure it's not blocked by furniture or something, so it can suck in and blow out air ok. If it freezes up again, it is probably low on refrigerant, due to a leak someplace. If the fan's not blowing or compresser not running you have an electrical issue.
