replacing subfloor 1 3/4 with wonder board 1/2" what to use to make up the difference?

do you mean 3/4" ? If you have 1 3/4" sub floor youll have to double up, if you need it that high. For 3/4" just ad some 1/4" ply to make the difference

why the wonder board, is there a moisture problem? plywood would be the first cheapest choice if its not wet area.
