IF THEY DON'T HAVE TREES THEN TEEPEE THE ROOF, THE FRONT DOOR, PORCH FURNITURE, CARS, GARAGE DOORS, WINDOWS, & PORCH RAILINGS. JUST GET TO WRAPPING AND THROWING ROLLS OF TP EVERYWHERE. THAT PLASTIC SARAN WRAP IS GREAT TOO, ESP ON CARS. GOOD LUCK AT NOT GETTING CAUGHT ESP IF THEY HAVE A DOG.

Very carefully.
It's best if you buy it all at once, from the same store. Go in one at a time and get about 4 of the big 24 roll packs...
Leave your mark... usually the reciept stuck in a tree is a good way to go.
Darkness is your friend.
Brag about it later.
Hopefully you are not doing this to me completely mean.. it's a good prank, but only if the person you are doing this to could clean it up. There are lots of elders in my neighborhood who can't get out to clean it up, and that's just mean.

I'm not sure about the house but you can throw rolls of tp up into the trees and when it falls down trow it back up etc...
