It ain't THAT easy! Did I forget to mention the ductwork is in the floor of my family room which is built on a concrete slab? The REALLY odd part is outside my garage (which is in front of the family room on the same concrete slab) when the air conditioning is on, cold air blows out from the space between the front of the garage slab and the driveway -- a good 20 feet from where the duct is!!!

Anyone know a place where I can rent a duct cam? I'm too cheap to pay a HVAC co something I already know.

And if that is the case... do I fix the duct or just fill it in with concrete and run another duct run from the basement through the ceiling?

I was watching Are You Afraid of the Dark on Nick the other day and I heard the mom tell her son Andy that it was the root cellar. I was immediately confused as to what the heck that had to do with anything or what the heck a root cellar is. Help me out!!!

I have a Silver Queen Maple that I planted a year ago in June. After I planted it, I noticed a damaged spot on the bark. I wrapped it over the winter (like I do all my maples until they deveop a hard bark) and this spring, it budded out and blossomed just fine. Now the leaves look a bit different...the stems of the leaves are reddish and the bark on the bottom has deveoped a few large splits! I can't seem to keep trees alive back there! It is dying? Is there a way I can save it? Should I wrap the bark? Help!

Please give me your best 3 - not pages and pages copied from some Website. Here are my three: 1) wrap your finger in duct tape and it will cure your wart. 2) you can buy wallets made from duct tape 3) you can repair and secure mailboxes with it.
