If you're talking fresh green beans from the garden....I would just blanch them first (throw them in boiling water for a about 30-45 seconds) and then put them in a freezer bag. Mabey put in just enough cold water to cover them to keep them from getting freezer burn, depending on how long you want to freeze them. But I'm no pro on this....just what I would try.

I have always blanched my fresh green beans, just until they are bright green, then I put them in a freezer bag, and they are delicious when we are ready to eat them!
