Is it chickory? I've never been to CT, but I've seen it in Maryland, and it's in bloom now in the midwest. It grows wild by the roads, has foliage that looks kind of like a dandelion and flowers similar to daisies. It grows a foot or two in height. Rabbits love to eat it.

There are many blue flowers blooming in CT right now. Try googling delphinium or campanula, add the word 'image' so you can get a picture of them!

Would need to see a picture. Maybe its Chickory. Chickory often grows along the roadside in NY and has a purplish flower.

Corn flower? they bloom in Ohio-- considered a wildflower there.

I would ask a gardener in CT, they might know. Or maybe a florist would be able to tell you.
