You have said labour cost so I assume that the materials are there already. Work out honestly how long the job will take. Add an extra day to tidy up and snag the job. Work out your price per day and get an estimate for the removal of the dirt. Add the cost of any tools that you will need to hire( if any )and materials. Add them all together and add 17% for tax.

# of hours it will take the crew to complete the job X total crew wage per hour.

IE:
Let's say the job will take 2 guys 32 hours to complete. You want to earn $20 per hour and pay your helper $15. That's a total of $35 per hour X 32 hours. That comes to $1120. This is your 'estimate'. Pros outbid each other with their estimates. Good luck!

How much do you need to earn per day? add that to the cost of materials and any extras that come along.
