I have tons of chipmunks in my back/front yard and i think under the house also. They're all really cute and I want to catch some but I don't want to buy a trap... yet. Any suggestions on how to Catch these Chipmunks without buying a trap?

I was told it was through Lowe's or Home Depot. I couldn't find it.

i don't have a pet, so they either came from outside (i noticed them when i was sitting on some wooden steps leading down to my house, but they could have been on me from inside) or from a friend who took in a stray dog.

it's only been a day, but how do i stop them before they get really bad?

This thing has got some age on it and was used when I got it. PTO driven w/5ft cut and wheels on each side in the back that are adjustable with a top link that levers them to the correct cutting height. Tonque weight is probably around 250lbs and the rest is just as heavy. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Recently our AC unit hasn't been working well or something, no matter how low we set the temperature to be, the temperature of the air coming out is still warm.

Any tips on how to fix this problem?

I hope you know what I mean. It's similar to the type of faucet pictured at:
http://www.sandspringsok.org/images/uploads/dept_04/faucet.jpg

As soon as I turn the water on, I get a constant, heavy spray leaking from the connection point. Having tried multiple hoses on the faucet, I have been unable to prevent this from occuring. It appears to be screwed on as tightly as possible.

Is there anything I can do to create an ideal seal to prevent water leakage?

Also, I don't know if it is affecting the water pressure in the hose, but it seems to be. How likely is that?

I was told I had a leaky valve (freon) when my unit stopped putting out cold air. valve replaced freon put in and after 20 minutes it stopped blowing cold again. This time i was told i need new compressor , discharging, disposal of freon . does this sound feasible. I was told 296.00 for discharge 140.00 for disposal. Does this sound reasonable?

I have an old water heater in my house, its about 23 years old believe it or not.

It works fine, but my wife and I are having a baby and I want to replace it with a tankless water heater so when we have more children our tank won't run out of hot water.

I was quoted about $2000-$3000.

Is it worth it? I don't know if I should replace it with a regular tank water heater or what!
