I have a small pond [6ft long, 4ft wide, and about 2-3 ft deep]...I have gold fish in there and they've lived in it for over a year now. I have a few plants in it as well. I have tried and tied to clean it. I need a way to clean it without killing the fish. Is there a product or remedy that anyone knows of? Ive tried moving the fish, cleaning it, and then moving them back. Ive killed a few fish by doing that and the pond ends up green again in a few days.

I was actually thinking something really bright like a neon green but I really like the red comforter with his bedroom set and am not sure if that would clash. I know u can't see the room good in the pic but you can get the idea, very basic, furniture is the same as the bed. No other decorations to have to match up.

I was boiling water in a stainless pot and the next thing I know, water is gone and burnt spot all over. I've tried baking soda and vinegar. I prefer not to use abrasive pads.

I'm remodeling a trailer. The kitchen cabinets look horrible with years of grease and grime that have severely discolored them. I've tried scrubbing the grease off with steel wool, several cleaners, sandpaper etc. I just purchased heavy-duty degreasers from a chemical supply company, but haven't used them yet. My quesiton is what do i do to make them look more updated. they have veneer with pressed wood underneath. am i able to sand the veneer. i prefer to be able to paint them as opposed to staining (rest of the kitchen is dark wood paneling, i want to brighten it up a bit) Thank for any suggestions

I have a butcher block table with drop leaves on both sides. It was custom made for me over 27 years ago. I want to know the safest way to clean and possibly condition the butcher block top and all parts of the table...the legs are cherry wood.

I bought a pair of shorts last night ( i just had to have them) they are 1 size too big for me exactly, but the crotch hangs really low. its 100% cotton and there is nothgin to suggest its preshrunk.

Can I wash them in hot water and then dry them really hot and expect them to fit perfectly whn i am done? what about the "saggy" crotch bit?
