I bought a pair of shorts last night ( i just had to have them) they are 1 size too big for me exactly, but the crotch hangs really low. its 100% cotton and there is nothgin to suggest its preshrunk.
Can I wash them in hot water and then dry them really hot and expect them to fit perfectly whn i am done? what about the "saggy" crotch bit?

They will probably shrink if you do that, but there's no way to know how much, or if they'll fit you when you're done. As for the saggy bit, it'll probably still be saggy---that's a problem with the way they're made, not the size.

i would wash them in warm/cold and put them in the dryer. sometimes it works good luck.
