Install a big gazebo type awning over it. Then do the leaf blower to dry. So, let's get this straight. Cover it with the carpet, blow dry and the gazebo on top.

I dont know what to tell ya about that but i do feel for the ones who have slipped been there done that i had slipped off a friends deck right down the boards and had a black yes a BLACK bruise from my knee to my hip bone, and i had it for like over a month so ouch fix it very painful.

make sure your deck is even-plus a lil sliding is essential for a BIG deck like yours-too dry kinda ruins the party

Nail their feet to the floor of the deck?
Seriously, mix sand with paint or stain and paint the deck with it.
Outdoor carpeting.
Rubber strips or sandpaper-grip type strips nailed to the floor.

You could either duct tape them to the rails or use a traction additive to the paint/sealer. Works better than sand.
