I had a coposcopy (sometimes known to be painful) procedure this morning. MOST of the stories i read inadvance to prepair for this were a little scary complaining it was very painful and risky. I HAVE NOT had this experience, it was not painful what so ever( durring or after its been four hours and i havnt felt a cramp yet). Sure this just might my own good luck but im positive it had something to do with the wonderful obgyn who performed this procedure. Does gaining weight and dyeing your hair cause you to lose some hair? I know it's normal to lose a little bit everyday, but I have lost and losing A LOT of hair! i have a weird split on the side instead of in the middle like it used to be.

My boyfriend and I had sex last night and the condom broke! We noticed right away and stopped. He hadn't ejaculated yet and everything looked fine but I know pre-ejaculate can be a concern. I am on birth control (Aviane) but this is my first month on it and I was advised to use condoms as I'm not fully protected yet. The thing is, I am on the third week of pills - I only have ONE active pill left, then the placebos. So I'm thinking 1.) I wouldn't be ovulating now if I wasn't on birth control anyways and 2.) Is my birth control now effective in the third week? I'm considering getting Emergency Contraception but I don't want to mess up my system if its not necessary. I've been having breakthrough bleeding and am worried I might miss my period just because I've had irregular bleeding all month. I don't know what to do. So what do you think? I'm expecting my period in 4 days should I just wait it out or grab plan b??

How do you stop yourself from having an orgasm or delay it? I would like to wait a little longer so as to have mine at the same time as my boyfriend but I can't hold it? I come several times and it never works out simultaenously, as I would like it to. Any advice on how to wait?

im pretty sure i started my period.

wednesday= big circle of brown mixed with pink/red.
wednesday night= did not come back.

thursday= same, but smaller circle, more clear dishcharge.
thursday night= did not come back

friday=nothing has come back.
friday night= still nothing.

when is it comming back, or was this not my period? is this normal?

i havent gotten my period since july and i know i m not pregnant for sure 100% can some one tell me whats wrong im not under weight i probally have to loose some weight and this is probally like my 5 or 6th year

My breasts hurt. I feel it more at night and it's very uncomfortable. I haven't gotten my period yet this month but should be getting it the last week. I know breasts can get sore or tender before getting your period but this has never happened to me before.

The breast pain started about a month ago and was VERY bad but got gradually better but i still have it. i went to the doctor and she didn't find any lumps. she said to check back with her in a month (i haven't gone back yet).

i took a pregnancy test twice at different times and they both came back negative. i really don't think im pregnant. are there any other answers? plese help !

so... i was waiting for one of my classes to start yesterday, and i over heard this girl talking about how she switched her birth control. she said she did research on it and other girls who are on it didn't gain any weight, but their breasts got bigger. i was hoping someone would know which birth control this is and let me know. i really want to switch mine to this birth control, so i don't gain anymore weight and maybe grow some much wanted boobs. this question is for anyone who wants to answer. i have had 3 surgerys on my ovaries due to benign cysts. just yesterday i had another episode of the cyst bursting. why the heck is this happening all the time? i could see maybe once in a lifetime but this is getting ridiculous and costly. any remedies or lifestyle or eating habits that i need to change? thanks for your time

okay i have a few questions, what is the normal age a woman stops growing? Are tampons uncomfortable, and i'm nervous to start using them for pain reasons and becuase i'm affraid they'll not "catch the blood? if you have an answer to either question that would be great.

I got the Depo shot last month on the 26th. Over the past week or so I've been noticing a brown discharge, I thought that was my breakthrough bleeding. Then yesterday evening I had red blood, which was really light. I wore a pad to bed and there was nothing on it all day. Today I didn't have any discharge until about 5:30 this evening, when the bleeding came back. It's not heavy at all, and it looks like it has some mucous in it. Is the red blood my period or just breakthrough? My period isn't due until the 22/23 of December. Thanks.

I noticed today during my yearly feminine exam that when my doctor was doing a breast exam, that his eyes were closed. Also when he feels inside me, his eyes are closed. Why do u think he does this?

IS it cause he doesnt want to get turned on? Is it cause he feels he can concentrate better through touch and not looking? IS he just tired of looking at naked woman all day?

When the nurse practictioner does my exams (woman) she starts asking questions about me (down there) and trying to have a conversation and I"m like "What?" so they are like total opposites.

Anyone else had this experience?

oh and once i had a massage from a massage therapist and they had their eyes closed. It kind of freaked me out.

Im a teenage girl who has some baby fat. Im not too fat but i have some belly fat and my arms are alittle too big. I want to be skinny. like skinny skinny.
