i TOOK 3 TEST AND THEY CAME OUT

GO TO THE DOCTOR. It sounds like you have either an ovarian cyst, or some kind of abdominal mass. THIS NEEDS TO BE TREATED. I don't mean to scare you, but it's important that you are treated. It might very well be something that is easily treatable now, but dangerous if left untreated. So best have it done quickly.

without knowing what "it" is that you are taking, there is no way to intelligently answer your question or give you advice, other than to say that if you are worried, see your doctor.
