I've been on a diet for 1 week i lost 3lbs. But just here at 9 pm I ate 5!!!!!!!! Organic ginger cookies!!!!!!!!! I feel SO bad and guilty! :( :( :( I'm good with fair portions, but my sweet tooth got the beter of me. Will it all store as fat on me because I'm going to bed in an hour in a half????

I am 42 yr. old woman that had a hysterectomy 6 years ago. I now have the hot flashes, mood swing, etc etc. I seem to always be tired, no matter what I do..I think some if it may be stress( I have a son in Iraq). I don't sleep well at night, during the day I have no energy, but when time for bed I just toss and turn and then don't stay asleep through the night... I dont like to take medications, so if anyone has any "natural" remedies, I would be most grateful.

okay, when having sex, my lower stomache hurts when he inserts into me! i have no idea why?! but only when he goes deep. from my understanding, this is my abdomen! why do you think it hurts when he goes deeper! in my lower middle section of my stomache!

I'm 13 and all my friends have their periods, when I don't. A lot of them comment on how it's strange that I don't have my period, since I'm a lot more 'developed' then them. My mom got her period when she 14. Is it normal for me not to have it even though I'm 'developed'? Does the age my mom got it at have anything to do with when I'll get it?

When is it by law required for my daughter to have a doctors note to return back to school because she was out wed for a ortho appt. today because she was sick and im thinking about having her out tmrw cuz she still dosent feel good plus that way we can leave early for our vacation but i was wondering if she would need a doctors note to return on monday then???

can u have a tubal pregnacy.. and if so.. can u carry it to term in the tubes.. or can they remove it and put the baby into liek sometype of cylocon bag and carry it that way?? I'm completely flat chested. I mean literally flat. I tried on a 32 AA bra and I couldn't even fill that. Everybody says that I'll develop eventually, but I just don't. I have always had regular periods my entire life and after four children this is the third period since finishing nursing my daughter who is now 11 mos. I started my periods again back in August and everything was on par with what it normally would have been before having her. 6 days long, heavier than ever..but usual for me. Then September it came two days early but same as the month before-usual length and heaviness. Now this month Oct i got my period 2 days earlier than last month and it began as usual, heavy and full force cramps and all, then stopped two days into it, then started again full force the next day, then stopped again two days later, now a day later it was gone-and then went for a walk and came home to have to put on a pad again b/c I had soaked my panties.
I have a problem with my thyriods that is currently untreated, and am anemic. Could this just be my body getting used to reg periods or something more? Also i know I am not pregnant b/c protection was used.

I havent had a period in three months. I run 5 miles a day, eat very healthy and recently lost ten pounds because of it. I am 110 and 5'6. I am very scared for my bone health, so I am going to stop running until I get my period. Is it best to exercise less or eat more fat to gain a few pounds. Recently, I've been having two temperatures: either extremely hot or extremely cold. It seems that I get hot if I move around, such as walking or standing. But, I become extremely cold if I don't move, such as when I sleep or sit. What could be causing this? I was literally so cold when I woke up this morning that I could barely get out of bed. Bare in mind, these things happen when other people are comfortable, so it's not that it's actually cold or hot.

I'm on the Combined Pill, I'm going to see my bf soon and I would like to stop my period from coming then. If I just continue taking the pills for the next month without taking the 7 day break will that stop it from happening? Would that be bad? And if its ok and it would stop it, do I take the break another time or just carry on as normal and take the break the next month? Thanks!!

um.. for about a week i had very itchy labia that were red and irritated, and burned when i touched it. there weren't any blisters or anything like that. i had a lot of odorless discharge.. the symptoms disappeared right away as soon as my period came (3 days ago) but now i have a dry skin rash (dry skin with tiny red bumps) on my genitals, buttocks and on my left breast and knee. anyone know what is causing this? im going to the doctor soon but i want some opinions

I'm waiting for the results of a urine culture, but I have a question. The doctor looked at the urine under the microscope and said the urine looked clear and he didn't see white blood cells. He used a catheter to collect the urine since I'm having my period right now. When he went to insert the catheter, he mentioned the urethra was constricted.

I have all the other symptoms of a UTI, but if my urine is clear, could I still have an infection? What other types of things could cause frequent urination and constant urge to urinate?

Please don't say "see a doctor", I already am, just looking for information while I wait. Thanks.

Okay, yesterday, I went to the bathroom in P.E. and noticed something brownish on my panties[For the first time]. I wiped, and there was nothing there, I flushed and there was nothing there. I got some "supplies" from my purse and I put them on, and had a little more that day. I went to sleep last night and there was nothing when I woke up, and today, nothing at all. Is this normal? Did I actually start or is this some kind of "warning"? I haven't had any cramps either, but I'm positive it was blood the other day. Please help me. :[

right hi should i be concerned what it is i had my son on 27th august and since i had him i bleed then just last friday when i passed a clot was sent 2 hospital 2 get it checked everything came back fine then my bleeding stopped that day and no more bleeding until today it started of brown(old blood) and then started going red its very very light that i only need 2 use one or two towels a day
my question is should i worry bout this or is this my period back.
also wil this bleeding if it continues will it affected me from gettin the and iud next week
