Treat the patient not the disease is the golden principal of Homeopathic medicine, whatever is happening in your body Physically and Emotionally are 100% interrelated they always are and should be treated and cured as such. The symptoms that you have given in your question are those of the Homeopathic Remedy BRYONIA ALBA use it in 30 potency three times a day half an hour before meals and you will be perfectly alright in a few days without any side effects or complications of any kind.

Most definitely !! Except the pain with intercourse .............. thats an essential fatty acids deficiency so eat more cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting or take a fish oil supplement approx. 1000 - 2000 mg per day (1 - 2 tablets).

The reason these fats are called essential is because your body can't manufacture them, you must get them from the foods you eat or through supplements. EFA's fall into two categories, Omega - 3 and Omega - 6. The beneficial effects of EFA's for improving skin are staggering. They have a powerfull effect on hormones, improving blood flow and are strongly anti inflammatory. They help lubricate the fatty layer just beneath your skin. when you supplement with the Omega 3's you'll definitely see a change in the texture ofyour skin (including lubrication matters) ........... :0)

Excessive sweating, chest pains and heart palpitations, irritabliity and moodiness, headaches and migraines, numbness and tingling and prickling in the outer extremities, nausea and vomiting, fatigue and exhaustion, insomnia, constipation, depression, inability to think clearly, dizzy spells and loss of balance are all symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency !! Quite scary actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.

Either eat more foods rich in this vitamin ie: organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, skimmed milks, cheese, fish and eggs, or go get yourself a good quality multi B complex supplement including all the B vitamins ie: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. Don't buy them separately as they work best together, expect to pay around $30.00AUD for 125 tablets, but hey, what price your health??

When our bodies are under extra stress the all important (for healthy neural and digestive and immune functioning) B complex of vitamins are pretty much usually the first to be used up. As our bodies can neither produce or store them we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the consequences as you unfortunately are.

If you choose to follow my advice you'll be very pleased you did as you will get release from your symptoms within a day or so. In actual fact, you should get some degree of almost immediate improvement in your symptoms !!
