I havent had a period in three months. I run 5 miles a day, eat very healthy and recently lost ten pounds because of it. I am 110 and 5'6. I am very scared for my bone health, so I am going to stop running until I get my period. Is it best to exercise less or eat more fat to gain a few pounds. I want to get my period back as fast as possible without medication. Please any helps/ links would be really great!

Female athletes stop bleeding when they compete due to lack of body fat & when they stop their cycle returns. If you want to con't running you need to increase your food intake, you don't need to be on any kind of medication. Con't to eat healthy nutritious foods (organic when you can), just eat more food. :)
