I've been on brith control for a few months now, and since Ive started the pill my periods have gotten much lighter. This month though I'm already onto my 3rd sugar pill, with no signs of my period yet. Do people sometimes skip periods when on the pill, or do I have a good reason to be worried?

Okay i know the "Gardasil" shot prevents cervical cancer, but is it true that it also prevents you from getting STD's? if it does can some1 explain to me how?

Two days ago i experienced horrible stomach cramps (stomach, not uterine). I became constipated and still am. I tested myself for pregnany this morning, but not pregnant. I had one day of spotting a week ago and start taking the placebos of my BC on Sunday. My lower abdomin feels so heavy when i walk, sit and lay down. I've lost 8 lbs in the past two months, so i'm not gaining weight. Can anyone help me? Could this just be gas? or is something wrong with my uterus or intestines?

I been having spotting periods for two months allready and the doc said my uterus was slightly moved to the left and I took one preg test and it was negative could all this be cuz I am preagnant?

Hi..this is question is entirely directed to the girls here. During your periods, have you ever had big blood clots coming along with the blood?? What are those clots? Something to do with the shredding of the uterus lining? Im just concerned so thought of raising this question here.

Has anyone had any luck tracking down a Gynefix IUD in the US? Apparently they're only currently marketed in Europe and China...

I wonder if my OB would insert the Gynefix for me if I was able to track one down? Any opinions?

ok, I just got my first period. i'm 3 months late i took a blood test in september and it was neg. I stopped ttc for a while and me and my hunnie are trying again.
(my symptoms are my nipples were very sore about 2 weeks ago and it went away. for the past 3 days my stomach has been warm, my lower back aches, and i have cramps .I feel as if my period is going to come. Could this be a sign of implantation or is it to soon to result in a prego?

I have tried four different kinds of pills. I have vomited with three of them. I am so tired of being sick but I want to make sure I am safe. My doctor told me that progesterone in the pills is what is making me sick. Are there any pills without progesterine or progesterone or whatever?

Also, I do not want to take a pill that can stop my bleeding completely (alothough ones that would "lighten the load' would be okay), or something that can cause me to not be pregnant for up to five years.

Does anyone know of anything?

I've been off the pill for a while, my husband has had a vasectomy, so it's not to prevent pregnancy. We've been away from each other for a few months, and I would really like to not have my period for when I get to see him. Normally I wouldn't alter my system, but this is a very rare occassion. I just bought the pack of pills.

Please be understanding of the situation, and help me if you can. I have gotten 2 different opinions from health professionals, and I need a tie breaker.
