Two days ago i experienced horrible stomach cramps (stomach, not uterine). I became constipated and still am. I tested myself for pregnany this morning, but not pregnant. I had one day of spotting a week ago and start taking the placebos of my BC on Sunday. My lower abdomin feels so heavy when i walk, sit and lay down. I've lost 8 lbs in the past two months, so i'm not gaining weight. Can anyone help me? Could this just be gas? or is something wrong with my uterus or intestines?

Do you feel like one of your ovaries is swelled or hurts? hurt when you walk? your stomach is swelled, having pain when going to the bathroom, you swell more when you eat something, have you got mad lately? under many stress.

I don´t think you´re pregnant or anything, I think you have a colon disease, there are many medications that help with it, I advice you to go to the doctor.

Good luck! ;D

A 'heaviness' or fullness with pain in the lower (below belly button) abdomen 'could' suggest a bladder infection. If you are peeing more frequently than normal and you are constipated - there could be a connection as well. It really is best for a Dr. to have a look at you for this.

It's best to see your doctor. Although the problem is likely something simple (a bad meal etc.), the symptoms could indicate something more serious (fibroids or other problems).
