am 37 years old and always had good health, now after 6 months taking the depo provera my thyroid is over active, any one else having this problem, am going to see another doctor that my obgy has send me to see, but am 100% sure that this was cause of the depo provera, there is no history of any thyroids problems in my family your honest serius answers will be appreciated.

me and my fiance had sex twice. i'm on birth control and we used a condom both times. one time was march 25th, and the other was april 18. i've been really scared that i might be pregnant because my periods have came on the day they were expected, but have only lasted for 2 days so i went and got a pregnancy test at my local health department about 3 weeks and 5 days ago. it came back negative. the nurse told me if i don't get my period on the next day i'm supposed to, then come back and get another one done. it came on july 4th and only lasted for 4 days. all my periods have been heavy enough to fill up tampons and pads. i called my doctor and told him everything, and he said it was normal & not to worry about it. but i was just wondering, what do you think?

Ok I stopped taking the in April, the reasoning behind it was because I was having a period for two months straight. My Gynie put me on estrogen pills and took me off the depo when my next shot was due. I switched to the pill but haven't taken any. Im not pregnant but I haven't had a period sence April. Also I would really like to concieve soon, though I took the Depo for about a year, and I know that it takes 6 to 18 months to regain furtility, though if anyone has any advice on how to boost firtility would also be nice. My biggest concern right now though is if I am broken, I dont know if I will be able to have children, I dont know if that darn shot made me barren. If someone can give me any answers or any advice I would be much appreciative.

I lost a bunch of weight and I have very big breasts which did a nose dive afterwards. I want a breast reduction with a lift but my insurance will only pay if they can take off 500 grams of tissue which would leave me at a small B so I have to pay for it myself if I want a C cup. I don't have the $10,000. Anyone know anyone or a way to get a freebie or minimal cost surgery? I worked hard to lose the weight, took over 2 years, so am very disappointed in my insurance not covering this in a reasonable way. Can you help me find a way? Thanks!

My stomache has been turning latley, like, i have been getting stomache pains, but also i havnt been eating the healthiest latley. And on top of that i have slight cramps but i am not on my period. My stomache feels stiff also. but i am on birth control, and i take it EVER DAy and i take it at the same time everyday like the doctor told me and when i do have sex i still use a condom to be better safe than sorry, but i am slightly worried, do you really think i hsould be? or do you think it is just bcuase my diet has slightly changed becaus ei havnt been eating healthy latley.

I had a brief fling with my neighbor on June 7th....we didn't have sex, but he ejaculated on my stomach.....i was wearing only panties. At that time, I was on the last day of my cycle. I had a period on June 27th that lasted until July 4th......it was heavy at first, but then got light, stopped, and started again for two more days. About a week ago, I started feeling sick (not in the morning, but random times of the day), having tender breasts, and un-explained back aches. I've been on Nuva Ring for a few months now, and for about a month i've had constant light bleeding (about enough to fill a pad at most). I'm out of state and cant see my doctor, and I dont know if I should be worried or if it is normal. its usually a brownish color but there has been a little bright red and increased small clotts. I'm recently started taking Yaz for my PMDD and irregular period. In all birth control packages the last 4 or so pills are inactive sugar pills which make you get you period. So, my question is, would it be bad not to take the inactive pills? or can I skip them and just start on a new pack and keep taking the birth control.

Husband and I are hoping for some baby making! I came off birth control maybe going on a month now, and I am having a cycle about every 2 weeks. I have started my 3rd cycle today, is this a normal thing after coming off of birth control?

I have also been taking vitex (herb) which is supposed to help everything to get back to normal in that department. Could this be helping me get close cycles too? But I have to say my last cycle was 3-4 days longer than my 1st. Maybe its helping?

sometimes i think maybe somethings wrong with me because not alot of girls my age have 38dd (im 15) i was thinkin maybe its because most of the chicks on my moms side i have big boobs but im not sure because most of the chicks on my dads side dont have very big ones

How come when you go to the hospital for a surgery, they tell you to bring pads and then sure enough about 1-2 days after the anesthia your period starts! This hasn't only happened to me, its happened to alot of other females I know. . . why does this happen? Is it a true period (does it start your cycle all over) or is it psuedo?
