Im 12 this year i already have a bit of hair down there and my boobs are a bit bumpier now. i have BO and i have been having discharge for around 6months

When your body is ready. There is no way to rush it (and really no way to predict exactly when it would come). Most girls get discharge for about a year before they get it, o I'd say you atill have a few months (at least). Girls get it anywhere from 8-16, so don't worry.

Is different for everyone I started at 11. But if your having discharge then thats a sign that you'll be probably starting soon.

It is different for everybody. Most of my friends started at 12, I didn't start till I was 14. I was almost fully developed when I started mine. My mother and my sisters were also late bloomers, so maybe you should talk to your mother or your sisters to see when they started, it might give you an indication of when you will start yours.
