pregnancy risks aside, if you and your partner are virgins and you two are about to have sex, if you do not wear a condom, and neither one of you have shared needles, gotten blood transfusions, etc... and are sure you do not have any STDs or STIs, can you get/give each other diseases?
also, if the answer to the question i asked above is no, does that mean if you have one lifelong partner that you lose your virginity to and they lose their virginity to you, you never have to worry about STDs or STIs? because, that you have never had sex with anyone else and they have never had sex with anyone else.
