Man they are the same, but yet different. They may not look the same, but they perform the same functions. So to answer your question, the way an 18 year old vagina looks vaires from female to female. I hope this helps you out man. The same as anyone else's.
A vagina is a vagina. It's as simple as that.
Some may be bigger or smaller, it depends on the person.. if the person has small build it's likely to be small and same for big people, theirs is likely to be slightly larger.
Everyone's is the same in some respects. All girls have the same parts.

Every vagina is completely different and if you want to see diagrams and pictures, look online. There are huge variations.
