pregnancy risks aside, if you and your partner are virgins and you two are about to have sex, if you do not wear a condom, and neither one of you have shared needles, gotten blood transfusions, etc... and are sure you do not have any STDs or STIs, can you get/give each other diseases?
also, if the answer to the question i asked above is no, does that mean if you have one lifelong partner that you lose your virginity to and they lose their virginity to you, you never have to worry about STDs or STIs? because, that you have never had sex with anyone else and they have never had sex with anyone else.

You can still get pregnant when you are a virgin.
8-yr-olds can get pregnant if they had sex (i heard a story like that in the news. A 8 yr old did get pregnant first time).
You can get Sexually Transmitted Diseases from anybody, and TECHNICALLY a bladder infection is a sexually transmitted disease, only not a serious one; some women get bladder infections after sexual intercourse. The best thing to do in this case is to drink cranberry juice before & after sex. You should do this everytime you have sex to stop the risk of bladder infections.

You can get some STDs through ways other than sex, as you seem aware, but if the girl is on birth control and you are both virgins and have both been screened for STDs so you KNOW for a fact you're clean, then you should be safe having sex without a condom. However it is nice to use more than one method of contraception and there is also the issue that one partner might "cheat" afterwards and pick something up.

Hypothetically speaking, if both are truly virgins, then chances for STDs to come into play would be relatively small. The problem is that sometimes people lie about their past and tell you whatever it is that you want to hear so that they can have sex with you...even better because they are your first.
The one sure way to find out is for both of you to be tested for different STD's to make sure that you have a "clean slate". But I would urge you to think this through and make sure that you are doing this for the right reasons. You only lose your virginity once. You want to make sure you lose it to the right person.

You can't get aids from someone bleeding on something, you touching it and putting your finger in your mouth.
That person, and you need to research diseases. Some people can be born with STD's but it is unlikely they will be old enough for sex without knowing or displaying any symptoms.
You should wear a condom ALL THE TIME no matter what, unless you are trying for a baby. The girl should also be on the pill.

Trust is a difficult thing. Lots of people are burned by partner who say they're a virgin or disease-free (or have had a vasectomy!) only to find out the hard way this isn't true. It's a sad state of affairs, but it's very hard to know who to trust unless you've lived with this person day in and day out and know where they are most of the time. Even then...

i would still use a condom if i were you because there are other diseases and viruses out there that have nothing to do with whether u are a virgin or not and what u can also do is go to the doctor together and just make sure both of u are healthy.

Pregnancy aside, you need not worry about any STD's if you and your partner are both virgins.

In an ideal world, yes, you are right. However, there are diseases that one can have and not even know it and transmit sexually. For example, I have heard that over 90 percent of adults have some form of herpes. (They can be cold sores, or shingles or genital). You can have transmit hepatitis, or yeast infections. So, no, even two virgins are not safe from the possibility of getting infections from each other.

Are you considering yourself virgins even though you may have "fooled around" or had oral sex? If so, you're still very much wide open to STDs. You could even get genital herpes if one of you is prone to fever blisters. No glove, no love
