86 is way to small. You should weight at least 110. I'm 5'4" and I'm 125. You need to gain weigh, not lose it.

That sounds pretty darn thin to me! First, you need to know that when we are looking to determine correct "body mass index" a scale is not going to give you a correct answer. Everyone has a different body build so we cannot use generic weights and heights and be accurate for each individual. Your doctor should be able to give you a body mass index for you. There are some scales that can be purchased retail, but they are not too accurate but do give you a general idea.
Personally, the person who had the nerve to tell you that should stop speaking for good! You sound a bit thin if you ask me. Remember, you don't want to look like the models in your style magazines. That is not healthy. Often young women like you consider the models in magazines, their idols and base their goals to look like them.
This is real life and if I could choose between being 5 pounds over weight or 5 pounds under weight, I'd choose to be 5 pounds over weight every time! You are still growing believe it or not and you need your extra calories and extra vitamins and minerals to do that correctly. Eat good portions and exercise, (walking 30 to 45 minutes a day is great).
Please don't loose any weight.

uhm no, you need to gain 20 pounds hun, you should way atleast 110-120, the person who told you to weigh 76 is like a 3rd grader. 86 is about a 4th grader, 94 is about a 5th grader, 100 is about a s6th grader, 110 is about a 7th, 115 is an 8th and then anything above that is 5-7 pounds higher, i believe that its harder to gain weight when your older cuz of personal experiences

No, it is not right! If you only weigh 86, you are nearly too thin now! Please don't try to lose any more weight. It is not healthy. You could easily put on 14 or 15 more pounds and look terrific.

The only someone you should listen to is your physician. Everyones bone structure is different and bone density (heavier or lighter) also is a factor. Love yourself.
